ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Corporate Real Estate & Facilities manages the daily operations that keep company offices professional, functional, and welcoming. The team partners closely with internal associates, building management, and vendors to support meetings, events, and workplace services that enable employees to work efficiently. Joining this group offers hands‑on exposure to workplace operations, visibility across the business, and the opportunity to deliver a high‑quality workplace experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related customer service experience.
  • Self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with a strong commitment to deadlines and teamwork.
  • Highly organized and process‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with employees, tenants, and vendors.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guide them to meetings professionally.
  • Confirm meeting rooms and setups for the next business day.
  • Schedule visitors and associates using the Enterprise Management System (EMS).
  • Coordinate catering and communicate setup needs to Maintenance, entering orders into the Catertrax system.
  • Schedule audiovisual and Microsoft Teams support requests.
  • Manage visitor and daily parking requests in EMS.
  • Produce daily setup reports for the catering team.
  • Notify administrative staff when clients arrive and escort as needed.
  • Monitor reservation requests and respond to inquiries.
  • Support conference center events as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly catering billing reports.
