About The Position
This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment, monitoring inventory of supplies, and assisting with the setup of meeting rooms and workspaces. The Facilities Associate will also conduct safety checks, support security measures, and respond to facility-related requests from employees.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
