About The Position
Meissner is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The Facilities Associate I will be responsible for the cleaning and up keeping of buildings, grounds and other facilities of the organization. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.
Requirements
- Willingness to be taught and execute instructions provided is essential.
- Must be able to occasionally work from a ladder or lift.
- Must be a non-smoker.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Responsibilities
- Clean hallways, lounges, offices, cubicles, restrooms, stairways, cafeteria/kitchen spaces, common areas gym and gym equipment.
- Sweep, vacuum, clean spills and mop floors.
- Regularly check garbage and recycling bins, emptying as needed and cleaning surrounding areas.
- Clean walls, windows, glass doors and mirrored surfaces.
