About The Position

JSET is seeking a hands-on Facilities Assistant to help keep its warehouse, inventory, and facilities organized, efficient, and ready to support the company’s field, office, and project teams. The role offers exposure to operations, logistics, inventory, and facilities management, with the opportunity to develop a long-term career in areas such as facilities management, logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership. The position is based in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and is full-time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; JSET does not provide employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse, facilities, construction, or operations environment.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, or construction materials.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store inventory, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging deliveries.
• Help track and issue tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and common areas.
• Support inventory counts and material audits.
• Assist with facility needs, furniture moves, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure materials are available where needed.
• Identify inventory shortages, damaged materials, or facility concerns.
• Support office and field teams with general operational needs.
• Follow established safety and housekeeping standards.
