The Program Assistant is the primary point of contact for the corporate office building. The Program Assistant will act as a help desk for all facility needs and reports. The Program Assistant will provide reports to the Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant for, but not limited to, financial decisions, safety and security needs, monthly surveillance reports. The Program Assistant will control access to the Saint Francis Ministries vehicles, campus and buildings, serve as the campus mail handler, coordinate with outside agencies for use of the SFM facilities, and coordinate necessary repairs on the campus in conjunction with the Saint Francis Ministries Maintenance Department. Assist other departments with special projects. Provides quality customer service when greeting individuals either by phone or in person. Maintains visitor log and awareness of all who enter the building. Provides quality customer service when making reservations for internal stakeholders needing use of vehicles or facilities. Provides technical assistance with distributing and sorting mail, assembling packets, and sending and receiving information. May purchase and maintain office supply inventory. Assures confidentiality of all data and information. Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follow directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Ensures clients’ rights are protected
