About The Position

Sun Life Health is seeking an experienced Facilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our growing network of community health centers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field
Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Experience with facilities maintenance and building operations
Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
Experience with vendor and contractor management
Experience with OSHA and regulatory compliance
Experience with budget management and cost control
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Experience with project coordination
Experience with process improvement
Experience with team leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently
Lead warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution
Manage preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards
Supervise warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
Manage departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
Support remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects
Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients
