About The Position
The position has the responsibility for the management of Regional Head Start transportation services, properties/facilities and ensuring they meet all statutory, regulatory, policy and procedural requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in business administration, facilities management, construction or related field
- Three years of experience working in facilities or property management
- Supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal building and licensing codes and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Comparable work experience in facilities/property maintenance may be substituted for educational requirements
- CDL required within six months of hire
