Imperial is growing and looking for an Entry-Level Refrigeration & Maintenance Technician who’s ready to build a long-term career. This role is ideal for someone with basic refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical training who wants to take the next step. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical systems (trade school, certification, or hands-on experience)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

- Recently completed (or are completing) HVAC/refrigeration training

Responsibilities
- Perform service calls on refrigeration and related equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Manage parts and tool inventory
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional service
- Travel to client sites using a company-provided vehicle
