Requirements

  • 5+ years of related work experience and technical training.
  • Class C Driver’s License
  • High school graduate or GED required
  • Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer’s specifications and written operational procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/co-worker relations.
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack experience required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Capable of doing extensive walking, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting/carrying a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new job-related software such as inventory control and asset management programs.
  • Have working knowledge of tools and their proper use.

Nice To Haves

  • technical school training in maintenance related courses is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to TAE Facilities.
  • Warehousing. Clearing out and consolidating items in the warehouse.
  • Working with vendors to find the best solution for Disposing or Recycling of TAE Assets.
  • Assist management in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
  • Follow a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
  • Communicate effectively to appropriate individual building status and changes.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices.
  • Act in a professional and courteous manner always with co-workers, vendors, etc.
  • Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive manner.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Ability to do building maintenance.
