About The Position

White Birch Armory in Dover, NH is looking for a detail-driven Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to join their full-time team. This role is for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping operations running at peak performance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The Specialist will inspect systems, address safety or performance issues, handle preventive maintenance and repairs (lighting, plumbing, equipment), maintain clean and organized spaces, coordinate with vendors, track work, and manage supplies to uphold the high standards of White Birch Armory. The company is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) committed to delivering a high standard of safety, education, and customer experience in the firearms industry, supporting firearms training, retail sales, and range operations. Requirements

• Strong maintenance, mechanical, and repair skills
• Ability to identify and address safety concerns quickly
• Safe use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures, OSHA practices, and company policies
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, janitorial operations, or related fields
• Familiarity with commercial or industrial facilities
• Certifications or training in OSHA safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or equipment maintenance

Responsibilities
