About The Position

Nestlé’s Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is looking for a dedicated Facilities & Grounds Technician to join our 1st shift team. If you take pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Facilities & Grounds Technician, you’ll help maintain the appearance, safety, and day-to-day functionality of our facility. This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Related experience or training preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Company-paid Sherwin-Williams training provided upon hire.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Industrial Painting: Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints, and complete quality painting work throughout the facility.
Routine Maintenance: Perform upkeep on equipment, buildings, and grounds to support a safe and efficient work environment.
Seasonal Support: Assist with snow removal and other seasonal needs to help maintain safe access for employees and visitors.
