About The Position

Culture Vitale is expanding its network of experts, facilitators, and creatives to curate 'Sessions of Vitality' for companies and individuals. These immersive experiences blend creativity, wellbeing, and personal/team development to energize participants and create memorable, impactful sessions. We are seeking individuals with expertise in culture, wellbeing, development, arts, and similar fields to lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, and retreats. Sessions can be interactive (e.g., confidence workshops, art, cocktail-making) or passive (e.g., meditation, music performance), or a combination of both. Culture Vitale operates globally, with existing networks in Paris, Sydney, Tallinn, New York, and Singapore.

Requirements

• Passionate facilitators with experience.
• Expertise in either wellness, arts/artisanal, or coaching.
• Based in the location advertised (USA-Seattle).
• Fluent in local language and English (conversational).
• Comfortable working with groups/professionals.
• Relevant legal right to work as a freelancer.
• Reliable, creative, and excited to share your craft with new audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Artisans, creatives & artists (e.g. artisanal crafts, visual art/therapy, group improv, music, magic, writing, theatre, pottery, dance/movement workshops).
• Coaches & development experts (e.g. communication, public speaking, systemic coaching, team-building, mindset, cross-cultural training, problem-solving, empathy).
• Sensory & artisanal experts (e.g. perfumery, culinary experiences/cocktail-making, wine/tea pairing, body percussion, leather or soap/candle making).
• Wellness professionals (e.g. meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, aromatherapy, gratitude practices, mindful eating).
• Propose something else which may be suited.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, and retreats.
• Propose services and set own rates.
• Utilize a premium professional listing on the Culture Vitale platform.
• Connect with new clients, partners, and grow your practice.
• Participate in networking events with other peers in the network.
• Be featured in the cultural magazine/journal.
• Be presented to the Chamber of Work & Culture.
• Showcase profile, services, experience, and brochure on a complimentary premium online page.
