About The Position
Total Recon is seeking a Facilitator to assist in managing vehicle operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure efficient fleet performance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and readiness to ensure top performance.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, clean interiors, and ensure all cars are road-ready.
- Keep track of vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and key documentation.
- Work closely with the service and operations teams to optimize fleet availability.
