This position is responsible for ensuring students receive appropriate levels of support across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains, following the Georgia MTSS model. The role promotes an integrated approach to support the whole child by fostering collaboration among educators, administrators, and families. The Facilitator will provide direct student support and ongoing training, coaching, and consultation with staff to ensure effective service delivery. The goal is to create a responsive school culture that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring access to high-quality instruction, interventions, and supports to improve overall student achievement and well-being.
