This position is responsible for ensuring students receive appropriate levels of support across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains, following the Georgia MTSS model. The role promotes an integrated approach supporting the whole child through collaboration among educators, administrators, and families. The Facilitator will provide direct student support, as well as ongoing training, coaching, and consultation with staff to ensure effective service delivery. A key aspect of this role is creating a responsive school culture that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring access to high-quality instruction, interventions, and supports to improve overall student achievement and well-being.
