The Facilitator Instructor delivers TRADOC-aligned leadership instruction to senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) through a structured distributed learning environment using Blackboard Learning Management System. The Facilitator Instructor is responsible for executing Government-approved lesson plans, facilitating guided discussions, leading practical exercises, and evaluating student coursework. The role requires consistent engagement with students to assess performance, provide structured and actionable feedback, and support professional military education outcomes aligned with Army doctrine. This position also manages administrative aspects of course delivery, including student enrollment, roster management, counseling, and graduation or dismissal actions in accordance with established course standards. The Facilitator Instructor works closely with the Site Lead and Government personnel to ensure daily operational effectiveness, maintain required facilitator-to-student ratios, and support courseware updates. Success in this role ensures consistent, high-quality instructional delivery that prepares senior NCOs for advanced leadership responsibilities.
