About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the organization and restocking of the parts warehouse. The position supports maintenance teams in the field and assists with manual and automatic replenishment processes. The role researches parts needed by technicians for store equipment, maintains the Service Hub software, reviews parts requests for discrepancies and opportunities, and runs weekly reports on open requests. It also supports technician training on parts and inventory processes and controls; assists the Parts Lead with purchasing, labeling, and organizing parts for the warehouse and remote locations; and packs and ships parts to field technicians. The essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Basic PC skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with other teammates.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use portable electrical tools.
• Ability to travel independently for inventory purposes.
• Ability to navigate the Service Hub parts and inventory systems.
• Ability to identify patterns and trends in inventory usage and adjust levels accordingly.
• Ability to operate a power pallet jack and forklift with a high level of skill.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Research parts needed for technicians on all equipment in the stores.
• Execute all Best Practices for parts and inventory.
• Perform daily maintenance of the Service Hub software.
• Review technicians' parts requests to investigate discrepancies and opportunities.
• Run weekly reports to review open parts requests and assist management in keeping them up to date.
• Assist in training technicians on parts and inventory processes and controls.
• Assist the Parts Lead in purchasing, labeling, and organizing parts for the warehouse and remote locations.
• Pack and ship parts to technicians in the field.
