About The Position

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. This role involves operating various machinery for cut-to-length processes, performing quality inspections, maintaining production records, and ensuring a safe work environment. The position requires mechanical aptitude, basic blueprint reading skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate cut-to-length processes, table saw, drill presses, ski drilling, and autodrill equipment within specifications / standards while learning Equipment set-up.
Read and comprehend basic blueprints.
Complete first piece Q.M. inspections.
Accurately complete all Q.M. charts and paperwork.
Record and maintain accurate production records through S.A.P.
Label and package materials.
Operate measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures, weigh scale).
Follow all safety regulations and work in a safe manner.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Dispose of Trash: Discard waste streams in their respective locations (wood, metals, chemicals, plastics, recycling, hazards and non-hazardous waste).
Demonstrate knowledge of EHS&S aspects and impacts.
Demonstrate knowledge of significant EHS&S aspects and impacts and controls in place.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and JSA’s.
Understand your role in the EHS&S process and goals.
