About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our 1st shift team. This is a hands-on role in a metal fabrication environment focused on quality, precision, and production efficiency. You will be responsible for operating fabrication equipment, interpreting blueprints, and producing quality parts that meet specification requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools
- Experience operating industrial fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail with solid shop math skills
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fabrication machinery and shop equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, height gauges, squares, and other precision tools
- Perform basic shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
