About The Position

Anchor Fabrication LLC is seeking motivated and dependable Brake Fabricators to join its manufacturing team on 1st shift. The role involves safely setting up and operating press brake equipment to fabricate metal components according to customer specifications and production requirements. The position is full-time, with a stated 1st shift schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime opportunities may be available.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous brake press, fabrication, or manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, tape measures, and other precision instruments.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks and document production results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.
