About The Position

This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The Fabricator will operate production lines as a loaded/unloader, or at stations such as a drill press, weld nut, or saw. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing machine set-up and maintenance, ensuring quality assurance, and adhering to company policies and production goals. The position also requires accurate record-keeping and a commitment to continuous improvement in product quality and performance. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is essential.

Requirements

High School or GED
Manufacturing Experience

Responsibilities

Producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment
Running production as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling
Conducting inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate required inspection equipment and troubleshoots as needed
Set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of own work and work area
Assuring compliance with policies and procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals
Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
