This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The Fabricator I will operate production machinery as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling. The position involves conducting inspections, performing set-ups, preparing work, fabricating parts, cleaning, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring quality assurance of one's own work and work area. The role also requires adherence to policies, procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals. Accountability for record-keeping according to Stryker specifications is essential. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in performance, along with meeting training and documentation criteria, is expected. The role requires meeting the work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
