About The Position
Timpte is looking for a Fabricator for our Manufacturing location in David City, NE! In this role, you will fabricate parts using various equipment (including CNC) working from production schedules and cut sheets. Pay for this position starts at $21.50/hr DOE + Monthly bonus!! Total earning potential up to $26.75/hr!! Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Fridays. No weekends!!
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and trailer schedules.
- Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes, and other equipment.
- Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions.
- Must be able to work with other employees.
- Attendance must be in good standing to be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing and CNC experience helpful.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate any equipment in the fabrication department as required
- Fabricate parts using production schedules, cut sheets and blueprints
- Move material in and out of fabrication department
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition
- Practice good housekeeping and keep work area organized
- Inspect work for quality, workmanship and that they meet blueprint tolerances
