About The Position

The primary responsibility is to cut, punch and drill parts to print. You'll also set up and maintain equipment, use hand tools and operate a forklift & overhead crane. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Must pass a criminal background check.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Equivalent experience, education, and training may be considered as a diploma substitute.
If operating a motor vehicle while on company business, must possess current Motor Vehicle Operator's License and maintain proper personal insurance coverage.
Must be forklift certified.
Strong math and problem-solving skills.

Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must have 20/20 vision (with or without correction).
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with vendors, customers, and other employees.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to move about production floor.
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products and construction materials.
Lifts, pulls, pushes, sorts, and carries supplies and equipment up to 75 lbs or more.
Must be able to grasp and use construction equipment and power tools.

Reads a tape measure.

Able to operate various hand tools.
Works with Welder Fabricators to determine what parts are needed and when.
Follow directions.
Performs other duties, as required by the company.
Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences for professional development as necessary.
Attends and/or participates in company training.
Interacts well with all levels of staff and management.
Performs related administrative work as required.
