About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fabricators / Welders for projects located in or around Enumclaw, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 4-5 years of steel and stainless steel fabrication experience
- Must be proficient in hard wire and dual-shield welding techniques
- Must have strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills
- Must have solid understanding of fabrication mathematics and measurements
- Must have sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Fabricating steel and stainless steel components from architectural plans
- Welding parts using hard wire and dual-shield processes
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and drawings
- Layouting, measuring, and marking dimensions on raw materials
- Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for assembly
- Drilling holes and machining parts to exact specifications
- Assembling structural components with high precision
