Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage starting at $25-35/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4+ years of assembly, fabrication, or pipefitting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical ability to perform job tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift, crane, or rigging.
  • Structural welding.
  • Copper soldering.
  • PVC solvent welding.
  • Tube bending.
  • Rotating equipment alignment.
  • Basic electrical wiring knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Fit and assemble fluid handling systems and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
  • Verify conformance of purchased components to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Lay out, fit-up, and construct structural steel components including framing, bracing, and brackets.
  • Assemble pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and related mechanical components.
  • Assemble piping and tubing systems to manufacturer and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for completed work, testing, and inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and project managers regarding progress, issues, and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
  • Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to support continuous improvement.
