Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment. This role involves operating production equipment such as a loaded/unloader, drill press station, weld nut station, or saw. The Fabricator I will also conduct inspections using relevant gage plans and troubleshooting as needed. Key responsibilities include machine center set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean-up, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance of their own work and work area. The role requires adherence to policies, procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals. Accurate record-keeping according to Stryker specifications is essential. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in product performance is expected, along with meeting all training and documentation criteria. The position requires meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
