This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The position involves operating production machinery as a loaded/unloader, or on stations such as a drill press, weld nut, or saw. The Fabricator I will also conduct inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and perform set-up, preparation, fabrication, clean-up, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance for their assigned machine center and work area. The role requires adherence to policies, procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production targets. Accurate record-keeping according to Stryker specifications is essential. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in product performance is expected, along with meeting all training and documentation criteria. The position also requires meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
