About The Position

Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment. This role involves running production as a loaded/unloader, welder, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling. The position requires conducting inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans, operating required inspection equipment, and troubleshooting as needed. The Fabricator I is accountable for the set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of their own work and work area. This role ensures compliance with policies and procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals. The individual will be responsible for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications and is committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is essential.

Requirements

  • Preferred High School or GED
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • CNC/sheet metal experience

Benefits

  • $20.50 + $2.00 Shift Differential plus bonus eligible and benefits.
