Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment. This role involves operating production machinery such as loaded/unloader, drill press station, weld nut station, or saw, and using basic fabrication equipment and tooling. The position also includes conducting inspections using relevant gage plans and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean-up, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance for one's own work and work area. The Fabricator I must ensure compliance with policies, procedures, customer service goals, quality standards, and production targets, while also being accountable for accurate record-keeping according to Stryker specifications. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in product performance is expected, along with meeting all training and documentation criteria. The role requires adherence to the work schedule and overtime, including weekends.
