About The Position
This position is responsible for fabricating various types of metal structures related to our HVAC business.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred, or 2-3 years proven hands-on experience in fabrication.
- Ability to read measurements and work orders.
- Ability to learn to use fabrication shop equipment safely.
- Detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Ensures appropriate material for each job based on the desired or necessary strength according to work order.
- Cuts, bends, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions using personal strength, machinery and tools to complete assigned jobs.
- Maintains clean and orderly workspace.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
