About The Position

Join a small warehouse team responsible for fabrication and material handling of hollow metal products. The Fabrication/Warehouse Associate will perform light-gauge sheet metal and hollow-metal frame fabrication, operate power tools and material-handling equipment, assist with shipping/receiving, and support day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to quality, safety, and basic computer skills. We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT

Requirements

1–3 years experience in a fabrication or light-gauge sheet metal environment.
Proficient with power tools: grinder, drill, detailed sander, saws.
Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching).
Material handling experience in a warehouse or fabrication setting.
Basic computer competency: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
Experience using handheld barcode/scan guns.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble hollow metal frames and other sheet metal components according to specifications and work orders.
Weld light-gauge materials (14 ga – 18 ga) and perform related metalwork tasks.
Set up and operate power tools safely, including grinders, drills, detailed sanders, and saws.
Read and follow drawings, cut lists, and fabrication instructions; perform quality checks and minor adjustments as needed.
Perform material handling duties: unload/load shipments, stage materials for production, move finished product, and maintain organized work areas.
Enter basic production and inventory data into computer systems (Outlook, Excel, web-based tools) and keep accurate documentation.
