Fabrication Production Our Fabrication team produces the essential metal components that support POLYWOOD® products, including: Stainless tubing for bench supports Steel straps and aluminum tubing for tables In-house screw production using CNC mills Custom welding for frames and structural components Powder coating for durability and weather resistance Specialty builds and custom fixtures Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: 5a-2:30p ($18/h) Monday – Friday | Some overtime during peak season 2nd Shift: 3p-11p ($20/h plus 8% premium) Monday – Friday | Some overtime during peak season ------------------------------------------------- Flexpath Careers At POLYWOOD®, we offer flexible career paths to fit your lifestyle. Requirements

  • 3+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable standing and moving for 8 to 10+ hour shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of equipment
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machinery for painting and coating aluminum and steel components
  • Load 5’ x 10’ sheets onto cutting tables and import cut files into software
  • Operate Laser CNC equipment and manage loading and unloading of parts
  • Secure parts through the paint and coating process
  • Monitor gauges and equipment to identify issues and make adjustments
  • Measure and handle chemicals, coatings, and paints safely
  • Operate pre-treatment systems, spray booths, ovens, and powder guns
  • Inspect finished parts and communicate any defects or concerns
  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
