About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join their Milling/Trim-Lines team in the Manufacturing department. This role involves manufacturing the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic product for babies with plagiocephaly. The ideal candidate will have strong visual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with their hands. While experience with CNC Mills or HAAS Mills is a plus, the company offers a comprehensive training program. Successful hires often come from backgrounds in Machine Shops, Plumbing, Carpentry, Construction, or other Craftsman Trades. The team is dynamic, passionate, and dedicated to the babies they treat, working in an invigorating and collaborative environment with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent ability to work with your hands
• Visual skills & attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating CNC Mills or HAAS Mills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
