About The Position

Schneider Electric is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Fabrication team on 3rd Shift at our plant in Mount Juliet, TN. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.

Requirements

• Preferably one year of fabrication experience
• Ability to handle basic shop math and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with World Class manufacturing principles is a plus
• Strong team player mindset with a focus on quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints and manufacturing instructions
• Performing pem, tap, and radius operations
• Identifying and verifying parts
• Running turret or brake press according to set specifications
• Operating LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes at required rates
• Setting up and running Amada turrets at required rates
• Offering valuable product improvement suggestions
• Taking on additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
