This position reports to the Fabrication Supervisor and is responsible for setting up daily work according to the production schedule, communicating with and motivating the fabrication team, distributing employee assignments, training new hires and cross-training existing employees, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the fabrication process, providing feedback on employee performance, organizing and conducting shift-crossover meetings, and overseeing cleanliness and safety in the work area.
