Requirements

Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other construction industry-related software.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.

Responsibilities

Assists with reviewing work orders and shop drawings to ensure the necessary information is provided for fabrication.
Assists with updating the list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system and provide tags to the respective foremen.
Assists with cost projections during production reviews for the scope of work.
Assists with determining trackable production units for the specific scope of work.
Assists with routine checks of items to ensure they are documented as per the Specifications and saves all necessary documents within the Work Order folders as needed.
Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
Values and models, the solution provider, and profitability culture.
Other duties as assigned.
