About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Specialist to work at our Idaho Falls warehouse location. The Fabrication Specialist performs routine maintenance and repairs as needed to keep machines and mechanical equipment operating efficiently and in a safe manner. To thrive in this role, you should have an interest in creating a career in fabricating, welding, and maintaining equipment and machinery.

You must also have a strong ability to work with others in a challenging high-pressure environment, able to maintain a good disposition while working through time sensitive deadlines, as well as the everyday challenges that arise.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of company standards (training will be provided)
• Attentive
• Reliable
• Willingness to work hard
• Must be able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• 2 years plus of Fabrication experience
• 2 years plus of Welding experience
• Experience working with hand power tools

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical background is a plus
• Able to speak Spanish and English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Using fabrication and welding skills to repair machines, equipment or structures
• Regular and consistent attendance are a must.
• Maintains awareness of environment to identify potentially hazardous conditions and immediately reports hazardous/unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor
• Trouble Shooting Problems with Equipment
• Follow Eagle Eye Produce safety rules and procedures
• Strong ability to work with others in a challenging high-pressure environment, able to maintain a good disposition while working through time sensitive deadlines as well as the everyday challenges that arise.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
• Follows established safety and risk management processes and procedures and complies with work related injury process by reporting all injuries or accidents immediately
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
