About The Position

Eagle Eye Produce is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join their team at the Idaho Falls warehouse location. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on machines and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fabricating, welding, and maintaining equipment, along with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

2 years plus of Fabrication experience
2 years plus of Welding experience
Experience working with hand power tools
In-depth understanding of company standards (training will be provided)
Attentive
Reliable
Willingness to work hard
Must be able to work independently in fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Mechanical background is a plus
Able to speak Spanish and English is a plus

Responsibilities

Using fabrication and welding skills to repair machines, equipment or structures
Regular and consistent attendance are a must.
Maintains awareness of environment to identify potentially hazardous conditions and immediately reports hazardous/unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor
Trouble Shooting Problems with Equipment
Follow Eagle Eye Produce safety rules and procedures
Strong ability to work with others in a challenging high-pressure environment, able to maintain a good disposition while working through time sensitive deadlines as well as the everyday challenges that arise.
Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
Follows established safety and risk management processes and procedures and complies with work related injury process by reporting all injuries or accidents immediately
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
