About The Position
AI Capital is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to support HVAC, plumbing, water systems, generators, and operational readiness activities for mobile medical coaches and trailers. This role is intended to grow alongside the fabrication and production operation and may expand into broader leadership or advanced production responsibilities as operations continue scaling.
Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, or fabrication experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Hands-on operator mindset
- Quality-focused workmanship

- Experience with RV or specialty vehicle systems

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems
- Support plumbing and water systems
