About The Position
The HVAC Pipe Fabrication Shop’s main goals are to ensure the field technicians receive the materials needed to get the job done within the time frame allowed. Currently, we are seeking a Fabrication Shop Associate to assist the Fabrication /Logistics teams with, preparing material for shipping, logging deliveries, putting away stock, and other projects as needed. Requirements
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated action-oriented approach to tasks and projects.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on various tasks as required.
- Must be capable of performing various physically demanding tasks essential to shop/warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, as well as standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing for extended periods.
- Dexterity to handle fragile or delicate items with care, accurately read labels and instructions, and follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, distribute, and organize materials.
- Ensure stock areas are maintained and orderly.
- Clean work areas and shop equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Handle and log deliveries.
- Provide assistance to other workers.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
