Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- A knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
- Experience with email communications.
- Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments.
- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

- Beef products knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring product quality.
- Inspecting various pieces of meat for adherence to specifications at the end of production lines.
- Knowing the product specifications for the line they are working on and filling out an audit report form.
- Following and helping enforce plant Good Manufacturing Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
- Metal detector auditing and testing trim for E.Coli, via N60 sampling.
- Other duties as assigned.
