About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running. This position is hourly, and the rate is based on experience. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays.

Requirements

  • At least three years of industry experience is preferred.
  • Job Boss / ERP working knowledge
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T
  • Process knowledge of welding, laser cutting, punching, forming, etc.
  • Work well with constant changing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate mathematical calculation skills
  • Analysis and Planning – Informed decision maker
  • Customer driven focus - dependable and able to meet and exceed delivery schedules
  • Collaboration and teamwork to deliver results
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Lean Tools – 5-S, process flow, process mapping, PDCA, error proofing, standardized work

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop programs using best practices for equipment
  • Support production needs thru communication to achieve best results in programs
  • Assist processing group with the organization and setup of operations
  • Oversee implementation of new programs and procedures
  • Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Write updates to documents for process changes
  • Clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
  • Assist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you design
  • Other duties as assigned
