Responsibilities
- Operate machines to transform raw materials into durable, high-quality outdoor furniture components.
- Transform raw materials into durable, high-quality outdoor furniture components.
- Produce essential metal components for POLYWOOD® products, including stainless tubing for bench supports, steel straps and aluminum tubing for tables, in-house screw production using CNC mills, custom welding for frames and structural components, and powder coating for durability and weather resistance.
- Learn and operate fabrication equipment, laser CNC machines, and powder coating processes.
- Learn multiple machines and production processes in a team-focused environment.
