About The Position

As a Fabrication Operator, you’ll help turn aluminum profiles into customer-ready parts using fabrication equipment and measuring tools. You’ll work with punch presses, drills, saws, and precision instruments to keep production moving and on-spec. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday: 4:30pm - 3:00am, with overtime during peak production periods on Fridays from 4:30pm-12am.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.
  • Basic math; blueprint reading preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Dependability and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Operate fabrication machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws.
  • Fabricate aluminum profiles to customer specifications.
  • Inspect parts and final products for accuracy and quality.
  • Complete work orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
