About The Position

We are currently looking for a Fab Operator to be based out of Eugene location. Reporting to the Shift Lead. The Fabricator Operator will run various machines and saws in the area. The primary role is to use the machines to bend pipe by loading pipe into the machine and/or connecting pipe to the bender part of the machine. It is the operator’s job to keep an eye on specs and quality of the product.

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
• 1-2 Years' Experience in QA, ability to lead Troubleshooting Sessions with Production, Perform Customer Return Analysis and generate reports to support Quality Leads.

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• The employee will be required to stand and walk most of the time; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a prolonged

Responsibilities

• Preform quality control tests as required
• Execute and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Train all employees, including new hires in the area of quality
• Ensure that all shifts preform quality test and procedures
• Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy
• Ensure all weights for production are recorded accurately
