About The Position

The Fabrication Operator II supports fabrication and production by performing a variety of shop processes including deburring, cutting, drilling, and tube bending. This role ensures parts are completed safely, accurately, and to specification in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic mechanical drawings
Familiarity with basic fabrication processes (deburring, cutting, drilling, forming)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a high-mix, fast-paced production environment
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and shop equipment
Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong teamwork, reliability, and accountability
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Certification a plus
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop environment preferred
Experience with deburring, sawing, drilling, or tube bending strongly preferred
Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of fabrication processes including: Deburring and finishing parts, Saw cutting materials, Drilling and basic machining operations, Tube bending and forming
Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Support new product introduction (NPI) builds and prototype work with flexibility and attention to detail
Perform material handling, staging, and part movement throughout the facility
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 6S standards
Identify and report quality issues, defects, or equipment concerns
Work across multiple workstations as needed to support production flow and priorities
Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
