About The Position

Responsible for setting up combos, moving and placing product as needed for production. This role requires excellent attendance and punctuality, the ability to utilize a pallet jack, and to read product labels by numbers. The individual must be able to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines, and be able to wear, use, and maintain personal protective equipment, as well as follow all safety policies and procedures. The work environment involves continuous work around moving machinery in a cold, slippery, and damp environment (28-34 degrees F). Standing/walking is continuous for up to 4 hours before breaks, and lifting/carrying 20-50 lbs is continuous. Simple/firm grasping is frequent, and bending/stooping, squatting, and reaching above the shoulder (up to 1 ft) are occasional. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Requirements

Must have 6 months work history
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
Able to utilize pallet jack
Must be able to read product label by numbers
Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
Ability to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment
Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Stand/Walk: Continuously (up to 4 hours before 1st break)
Lift/Carry: Continuously (20 – 50 lbs.)
