At Foundation Building Materials (FBM), we are seeking a skilled Fabrication Door Specialist to inspect, service, install, and repair commercial doors with precision and professionalism. This role requires technical know-how, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to top-tier customer service. Requirements

  • Able to work in a diverse, fast paced, technology-driven environment
  • Must be reliable and be detail oriented
  • Eager to learn and use skill set to advance in career
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Minimum 2-year experience in fast paced, technical, and related industry position

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial doors, frames, or hardware preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products
  • Perform small projects as directed by Management
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products and a basic knowledge of equipment to identify needed repairs
  • Read and understand instructions and procedure manuals
  • Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math skills
