About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking highly motivated, creative and skilled candidates for an Entry-Level Fabrication Specialist - Hand Finisher to join our Boeing Titanium Finishing team located in Helena, Montana. This role focuses on producing flight-critical, high-quality surface finishes on titanium parts used in commercial aircraft. The position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety conscious, and eager to learn hands-on fabrication and finishing techniques.

Requirements

1 + years of experience do you have utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 months experience in Aerospace, Mechanics, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

Hand finish and edge break of aluminum, stainless & titanium production parts.
Utilize and follow standardized work and step details required for production parts and assemblies.
Assists real time problem solving to understand and determine the true root cause to eliminate all defects and improve the product, process or system.
Assists and verifies that all parts are inspected prior to closing an operation so we do not pass on any defects to our downstream customers
