This position is responsible for the forming, cutting, sharpening, piercing, welding and/or the painting of fabricated materials for the use in a final product. The role involves working with various fabrication processes including metal forming, cutting, piercing, welding, and painting. The associate will operate machinery, use hand and air tools, and interpret blueprints and schematics. This position is for a temporary project requiring a weekend shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 5am-5:30pm) for approximately one year. Training will be conducted Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm for about three months. Flexibility is required to transition to a 1st or 2nd shift M-F role after the project concludes.
